Features

MINO WebCall allows provisional users who do not have a mobile phone to make a MINO call from a computer. MINO WebCall has most features available to mobile clients. MINO WebCall allows you to:
  • Make cheap international phone calls from anywhere
  • Build a contact list [address book] to store your numbers
  • Create a Call From # list to quickly change the call back number
  • View all your MINO call logs in detail

I. Getting Started

To Start using MINO WebCall, you need to be a provisioned user and have access to an Internet connection.

I.1. Register

1. To register, go to http://www.minocall.com

Click on Create a Password
2. Fill in the required fields:
  • MINO ID (e-mail address)
  • Country
  • Mobile Phone Number
Create a Password

Confirm your Password

Click Submit


The information you enter must be valid and match our records. If you cannot create an account, please contact your MINO administrator at 408-343-7500 to verify your information and insure that you have been provisioned correctly.
3. A dialog box confirms the creation of your password

Click OK to go back to the log in scree

I.2. Sign In

After successfully setting a password, the login scree has your MINO ID filled out

Enter your Password

Click Sign In

II. Make a MINO WebCall

To make a MINO WebCall, you have three options:

II.1. Option 1


Option 1 allows you to manually enter the call from and the call to numbers.

1. Select the Country
2. Enter the Call from Number
3. Enter the Call to Number
4. Click CLICK HERE TO CALL

II.2. Option 2


Option 2 allows you to select the call from number from a preexisting saved list.

1. Select the Call From Number from your saved list
2. Enter the Call to Number
3. Click CLICK HERE TO CALL

II.3. Option 3


Option 3 allows you to use a call to number from your contact list.

1. Enter the Call From Number
2. Click on the Contact you wish to call

Clicking on a saved contact will automatically initiate the call

III. Contacts

The Contacts section allows you to view your contact list, place a MINO WebCall from your contact list and edit your contacts(call, edit or delete the selected contact).

1. Open Contacts
2. Click on Add a new contact
3. Enter the Name, Email and Number of your new contact

Click on Save
The contact you just entered now appears in your contact list

III.2.Edit a Contact

1. Open Contacts
2. Click on the blue arrow next to the contact you wish to edit
3. Click on Edit

Change the fields you wish to change

Click on Save

III.3. Delete a Contact

1. Open Contacts
2. Click on the blue arrow next to the contact you wish to delete
3. Click on Delete

Click on Yes

III.4. Call a Contact

1. Open Contacts
2. Click on the blue arrow next to the contact you wish to call
3. Click on Call

IV. Call Log

The Call log section allows you to view your recent call log and provides a link to view all your calls on your account management page.

IV.1. Recent Call Log

Click on Call Log to view your most recent calls
To view more detailed information for each call, click on the blue arrow on the left of each call log entry

IV.2. View All Call Log History

Click on View all history to view the details of all your call logs

You can change the from and to dates to narrow your search

V. Profile

The Profile section allows you to buid a Call From Number list and change your MINO WebCall password.

V.1. Build a Call Number List

1. Click on Add New Call From # to add a new call from number
2. Enter your Name and Number

Click on Save

V.2. Change your Account Password

1. Click on Edit Password to change your account password
2. Enter your Old Password and New Password

Confirm your New Password

Click on Save
